Nearly the end of January 2023 and time seems to have flown by.
In 2022 I gratefully gained so many new followers to my channels and, whilst, some of you have tuned in to what I have to share with the world for a while, there are so many more that I'd like to say "Hi" to so...."HI".
My name is Matt, also known as 'The Humble Bear'. When I get asked what it is I do or what my purpose is I always tell people that my job is to help humans find happiness, joy, love, abundance and live a peaceful life. Not a bad job description right?!
My life path and past experiences have taken me to the darkness and brought me back into the light and then some. My spiritual journey really ramped up in 2018 when deep addiction with drugs and alcohol, depression and anxiety coupled with a lifetime of low self esteem culminated in a residential stay in a rehab centre in London after narrowly surviving a suicide attempt. Since then I have worked tirelessly with my mental, emotional and spiritual health to reach a space of happiness, joy and peace. It is now very clear that I am here to share the skills, training, abilities, wisdom and knowledge that I have been blessed with to guide them through a similar ascension and to a higher and happier state of being
I do this in many different ways whether it be 121 QEST Healing (a unique and powerful energy healing modality that I have been gifted to share with the world) to help you shift and remove any energetic blockages holding you back, group Cacao Ceremonies to help you open your heart and invite in more love, peace, forgiveness and compassion or through 121 Soul Alignment Mentoring (intuitive spiritual coaching) to really help you align with the divine being that you are.
I offer land and property alignment to help clear, cleanse, protect and fully align the energies of your home and/or business both internal and external to optimise the area and rooms for their desired purpose.
And there are so so many more amazing things in the making that will manifest in 2023...so watch this space
