This morning I woke up to a message from a friend of mine who is currently the other side of the world and was in a medicine ceremony that felt very unsafe and not at all held.
Having worked with Cacao and other medicines a lot and also knowing how to hold energetic space, I was fortunately able to tap into my abilities, m
y guides and the energies I work with to hold her using distance healing techniques and allow her to have the safe experience and journey that she needed to have irrespective of the level of competency of the facilitators on site (I don’t know how the rest of the group faired).
Two things came from this early morning experience:
Firstly, the importance of respecting plant medicines, respecting ceremony and dealing with people in their integrity who know how to cope with and manage energies and hold proper space. Without this, these spaces can be too open, invite in intrusion from darker energies and be traumatic for those involved.
The second was the marvel of how the quantum field works. How she not only felt my presence and me holding her from the other side of the world b
ut also that she encountered both my team of guides and angels and the almost physical presence of my high self guiding her through her journey, reassuring her, helping her feel safe and held and allowing her to have the experience she needed.
This is pure spiritual magic and exactly what I experience when I facilitate distance healing for clients too.
