RAISING YOUR VIBRATION: BECOMING AWARE

Hey beautiful people,

One of the topics that’s come up for me recently when helping my divine partner Kim navigate her life is that when we raise our vibration things sometimes start to feel worse before they get better.

When we start to shine our light and rise up we have to shed the parts of us that don’t resonate with this new vibration. The light starts to shine in the shadows and this can feel uncomfortable.

I like to use the balloon analogy. Imagine you or your soul is like a helium balloon. It’s always trying to float up and fly into the ether where the higher states of being reside but there’s something tying it down.

What holds the balloon back is a big rock of fear, anger, resentment, sadness and unprocessed trauma and sometimes we’re not even aware that the rock is there. So the universe gives us experiences in order for us to become aware of them.

When we look down and we start to unravel the rock we have to feel and process what it actually is in order to let it go and this will feel uncomfortable. But fear not, if you can just allow yourself to feel and to process, the knots will untie and that balloon with soar high up into the sky or happiness, peace, abundance and joy.

What I do as a healer and mentor is to help you with this. To help you gain awareness, to shift the rock and to teach you to be able to do this process yourself.

What do you need to shift?

If you’re interested in what I do and offer, or need any help at all, please reach out and I’d love to hear from you.

Peace ✌🏽❤️🐻‍❄️
